The world is transforming at an alarming rate, sometimes it is impossible to keep it. According to the Office for National Statistics Men account for 8 out of 10 people cautioned by the police, and nearly 9 out of 10 people found guilty for indictable offences are men. Men are responsible for 97% of burglary and 92% of violence against the person. It is clear that we are living in a society where something awful is happening to men. There seems to be a gap between manhood and adolescence and our mission at Manhood Academy Global is to address that gap by helping our sons make that transition from childhood to manhood. We could be here all day dissecting the issues within our community, issues that seem to be spearheaded by men. Whatever your social standpoint, we cannot stick our head in the sand pretending that there is no problem. There is a massive issue and this issue is having a major effect on society. Manhood Academy Global (M.A.G) is a registered Charity with a global reach that is committed to our children’s life-changing transformation opportunities. Our unique ‘rites of passage’ is a fusion of; Transformative Master classes, 121 Intensive Life Coaching and Mentoring, A life-changing, ‘Coming of Age’ rites of passage Cultural Exchange Abroad

Mankind Counselling offers therapeutic services to men who have experienced any form of sexual violation at any time in their lives. These are offered in the form of 1-to-1 counselling and facilitated groups. These address the fact that issues around sexual abuse can affect men at different stages in their lives. Therefore our services are offered as a progressive range of resources to help men work through their feelings and re-establish better relationships with themselves, their families and their communities.

The ManKind Initiative was the first charity in the UK to support male victims of domestic abuse (registered in 2001). For over 15 years we have been at the forefront of providing services and support for male victims and campaigning to ensure that male victims receive the support they need from other organisations. Our am is to ensure all male victims of domestic abuse (and their children) are supported to enable them to escape from the situation they are in. We are gender inclusive in our view so we want all female victims (and their children) to escape too. We provide a range of services directly to men such as a anonymous national helpline that any man, anywhere can call us. We also support others to provide services for men so we run a one day training course, a national conference and a directory of services. We also give male victims a public voice by campaigning for them, sitting on Government and other committees and giving presentations around the country. Our confidential helpline is available for all men across the UK suffering from domestic violence or domestic abuse by their current or former wife or partner (including same-sex partner).

We're all about local guys, making pies in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. At the weekly clubs you can expect to get stuck in and make your own delicious pie - don’t worry, you’ll be given all the ingredients and shown what to do by one of the MPC team. It’s usually Colin who we like to call ‘Lead Pie Man’ - we think he likes that name too. We meet in small, friendly groups of about 3-10 guys. When you arrive, someone from the team will give you a warm welcome. You don’t need any cooking skills at all (but you’ll learn a few if you fancy it). We use small camping stoves and our famous pie-makers to make top quality pies using great ingredients. You don’t need to bring anything, it’s all supplied and free of charge. Really, it’s just about being with guys like you from your local area, having a laugh and making and eating pies! We think that being together, learning to eat well and improving your physical and mental health is a great way to spend an hour each week. And so do our members! Want in? You’re in. Welcome to the Pie Club.

MenSpeak men’s groups are a safe space where men can hang out and be open and honest with each other without the pressure to compete, perform or enter the pecking order. We practice dropping the facade and being as real as we can with each other. We seek to let go of what’s been holding us back, so that we may live a more authentic and empowered life. Together we listen, laugh and grow. We are accepting, accountable and we want more out of life.
There are two types of groups:
