I have sufficient information about coaching and I have agreed to undertake coaching work initially to address key issues in my life. I am committed to taking positive action to make improvements in my life and to meet the goals I identify as necessary to do this. I am committed to being as open and honest as necessary in order to work with my coach towards achieving my goals. I will make every effort to remain positive about what I have and what I will achieve.
Agreed fees to be paid in advance of sessions. If I need to re-schedule, I will endeavour to do so with at least 48 hours notice. We understand that life happens and can be unpredictable, however if a coaching session is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee will be charged. This keeps you accountable and serves to cover the cost of the coach, who will have kept this slot open for you.
Agreements
I understand that A Plus Mens Coaching and Development Ltd (the Company) facilities connect me (Client) with my coach and that they are responsible for ensuring the high standards, quality, and level of the coaches that they partner with and that all coaches have been vetted by the Company.
I agree that the Company or their representative can arrange a check in with me at mutually agreed upon times and dates to ensure our ongoing relationship and that I am happy with and receiving the high quality coaching care that I deserve.
I agree that all booking and financial transactions will take place purely through the Company and I will not deliberately, knowingly, circumnavigate the Company and approach the coaches for services directly. If I do this, I understand that the company is not responsible for the outcome of any further relationship with the coaches and that I am in breach of my agreement.
I understand that I am fully responsible for the decisions and choices reached during the coaching sessions.
Confidentiality is our priority, what is said during a coaching session stays between client and coach, however information where needed many be shared with the Company to facilitate the best outcome for the Client. The only exception to this is if a client divulges information that could prove harmful to themselves or someone else, at which point we have a duty of care to report to relevant authorities.
